液壓缸(gang)結構基本上可以分為缸(gang)筒和缸(gang)蓋(gai)、活(huo)塞和活(huo)塞桿(gan)、密封裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、緩沖(chong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)和排氣(qi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)五個部分。今天威海(hai)力建小(xiao)編著(zhu)重帶著(zhu)大家(jia)了解一下(xia)缸(gang)筒和缸(gang)蓋(gai)。
缸筒和(he)缸蓋
一般來說(shuo),缸(gang)筒和(he)(he)缸(gang)蓋的(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou)形(xing)式(shi)和(he)(he)其使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)材料有關。工(gong)(gong)作壓(ya)力p<10MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)鐵;p<20MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管;p>20MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)鋼(gang)(gang)或(huo)(huo)鍛鋼(gang)(gang)。法蘭連接式(shi),結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單(dan),容(rong)(rong)(rong)易(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong),也(ye)容(rong)(rong)(rong)易(yi)裝(zhuang)拆(chai),但(dan)外形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)和(he)(he)重(zhong)(zhong)量都(dou)較(jiao)(jiao)大,常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)鐵制的(de)(de)缸(gang)筒上。半環連接式(shi),它(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)缸(gang)筒壁部(bu)因開了環形(xing)槽而(er)削弱了強度(du),為此有時(shi)(shi)要加(jia)厚缸(gang)壁,它(ta)(ta)容(rong)(rong)(rong)易(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)和(he)(he)裝(zhuang)拆(chai),重(zhong)(zhong)量較(jiao)(jiao)輕,常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管或(huo)(huo)鍛鋼(gang)(gang)制的(de)(de)缸(gang)筒上。螺紋連接式(shi),它(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)缸(gang)筒端部(bu)結(jie)構(gou)復雜,外徑(jing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)要求保證內(nei)外徑(jing)同心,裝(zhuang)拆(chai)要使(shi)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)具,它(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)外形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)和(he)(he)重(zhong)(zhong)量都(dou)較(jiao)(jiao)小,常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管或(huo)(huo)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)鋼(gang)(gang)制的(de)(de)缸(gang)筒上。拉桿連接式(shi),結(jie)構(gou)的(de)(de)通用(yong)(yong)性大,容(rong)(rong)(rong)易(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)和(he)(he)裝(zhuang)拆(chai),但(dan)外形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)較(jiao)(jiao)大,且(qie)較(jiao)(jiao)重(zhong)(zhong)。焊(han)接連接式(shi),結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單(dan),尺(chi)寸(cun)小,但(dan)缸(gang)底(di)處(chu)內(nei)徑(jing)不易(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong),且(qie)可能引起變形(xing)。
密封不良
密封不(bu)良(liang)會引起外泄漏(lou)和內泄漏(lou)。產生密封不(bu)良(liang)的原因(yin)有(you):
1、裝配不當,密封件發(fa)生(sheng)破(po)損;
2、裝配精度差,間隙太大(da),密封件被擠出而損壞;
3、密封件急劇磨損,失去密封作用;
4、密封(feng)圈方(fang)向(xiang)裝反(密封(feng)圈唇邊(bian)面向(xiang)壓力(li)油一方(fang)),密封(feng)功能失(shi)效;
5、密封(feng)結構不(bu)合理(li),壓力超(chao)過(guo)額定值,失去密封(feng)功效。
連接處結(jie)合(he)不(bu)良
連(lian)接(jie)處結合不良主要引(yin)起外(wai)泄漏(lou),產生(sheng)結合不良的原因有(you):
1、缸筒與(yu)端蓋用(yong)螺栓連接時,螺栓緊固不良,結合(he)部分的毛刺、裝配毛邊引(yin)起(qi)結合(he)不良;端面O形(xing)密封圈(quan)有配合(he)間隙;
2、缸筒與端(duan)(duan)蓋用螺紋連(lian)接時,緊固端(duan)(duan)蓋時未達到額定扭矩或密封圈(quan)密封性能不好;
3、液壓缸(gang)進油管口因管件(jian)振動(dong)而引起管口松動(dong)。
